West Chester has a vast network of social service programs that offer vital help for specific needs. But knowing what the programs are, where to go, and who is eligible can be overwhelming.
For those who don’t know where to turn, ACT in Faith is an interfaith ministry that works to coordinate resources on behalf of our neighbors in need.
Our Advocates help you navigate the opportunities open to you by
- assessing need and urgency,
- identifying available services,
- listening and being a voice to advocate on your behalf, and
- supplementing resources when possible.
Our support is provided without proselytizing and without regard to gender, race, creed or any such merit.
